Reading Partners seeks to support staff in finding fulfillment and balance within and outside of work responsibilities.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, flex spending accounts, commuter benefits, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and currently a 403(b) match option.

Salary transparency is important to us. We set salaries based on objective, external, high-quality market data. Our salaries are adjusted for candidates in different geographic regions. We do our very best to ensure that we’re bringing our best offer – therefore we do not engage in salary negotiations.

Unlimited (flexible) paid time off (PTO) benefits for regular employees scheduled to work 30 hours or more per week in addition to a generous paid holiday schedule.

Professional development reimbursement fund for full-time staff up to $1,000 per year after their first 90 days of employment
