2018 United Airlines NYC Half Marathon

Reading Partners New York is thrilled to be an official charity partner for the 2018 United Airlines NYC Half Marathon. We will be providing five runners with guaranteed entry into the race, and participants will fundraise on behalf of Reading Partners New York.

The 2018 United Airlines NYC Half will take runners from around the city and the globe on a 13.1-mile tour of NYC. Led by a talent-packed roster of American and international elites, runners will stop traffic in Manhattan this March!

Run for Reading Partners

Support a great cause and inspire others through running! If you’re interested in joining our team, contact Krystal Cabrera at krystal.cabrera@readingpartners.org.

Runner Requirements:

  • Commit to raising at least $1,500 on behalf of Reading Partners. Our staff will provide full support in helping you reach your fundraising goal, including setting up an online fundraising page for you.
  • Register for the UA NYC Half through MY NYRR by 11:59 pm on February 22, 2018.
  • Pay a registration fee to NYRR. The fee is $130 for NYRR members or $145 for non-members.

Perks:

In addition to guaranteed entry, other perks for our runners include two complimentary tickets to our annual benefit, a Reading Partners swag bag, a featured story in our monthly newsletter, and shout-outs on social media (Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter).
