Get involved with Reading Partners Washington, DC: Summer 2015
June 16, 2015
Reading Partners empowers community volunteers to serve as reading tutors with students who have fallen behind grade level. Through one-on-one, individualized instruction, our volunteer reading partners not only make a positive impact on students’ academic performance but also help create tangible change in our community. Tutoring runs Monday – Thursday during the school day and aftercare.
If you’d like to learn more about our volunteer opportunities, come join us for one of our upcoming training sessions. This is a great opportunity to meet our staff, learn about our program, and ask questions about volunteering as a reading partner.
