Reading Partners South Carolina summer tutor trainings

Are you looking for a way to curb tutor summer slide? Come spend an hour at one of our summer trainings. Our program staff will teach practices and strategies to help you prepare for an incredible 2017-18 school year with Reading Partners South Carolina. New and returning volunteers are highly encouraged to attend and to register ahead of time so we can properly prepare for each training.

This workshop will equip tutors with foundational tools for  building a positive relationship with their student. In addition, tutors will identify and practice good comprehension support strategies to employ during Tutor Read Aloud.
