Abi Olmstead

Abi Olmstead joins the Silicon Valley regional team as a program associate in the Peninsula. Abi previously worked for Reading Partners as an AmeriCorps site coordinator in Oakland, CA. She has a keen understanding of the challenges that AmeriCorps members face and is empowered to support a team of three as they work together to end the literacy crisis in America. Abi thrives in diverse and/or international work environments as she is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Portuguese.

When not at work you will find Abi pursuing a healthy and balanced personal life through meditation, exercise, backpacking, and world travel.
