Alexandra Woodhouse

Alex received her bachelor’s degree in anthropology from Wheaton College (MA). Prior to joining Reading Partners, Alex worked as a Middle School Teaching Intern at an International School in Stuttgart, Germany and served as an AmeriCorps VISTA member / Student Success Coordinator with United Way of Asheville and Buncombe County’s Community School initiative. She is an avid traveler, runner, soccer enthusiast, and reader and loves nothing more than settling down with a good book! She is excited to share Reading Partners’ mission with the Charlotte community and for the impact Reading Partners will have in the Charlotte area. Her favorite childhood book is Harold and the Purple Crayon.
