Bianca Vinoya

Bianca Vinoya (she/her/hers) is a nonprofit professional bringing years of experience in institutional fundraising, research, and community building. Most recently, she served as director of development at Breakthrough New York, specializing in institutional partnerships to advance educational equity in New York City. Bianca started her career as a researcher on youth development in the Philippines and has since expanded her career to lead grant writing and fundraising efforts for various nonprofits in New York and the Philippines. Bianca earned her Bachelor’s degree from Ateneo de Manila University and her Master’s degree in Development from Fordham University. Proud of her Filipino roots, she spends her free time volunteering with Filipino community organizations in New York and recreating recipes from her homeland.
