Consuelo Gugol

Consuelo is a Bay Area native and graduate from UC Berkeley with a bachelor’s degree in anthropology. Prior to joining Reading Partners, she served in various fundraising roles at other Los Angeles institutions that seek to improve opportunities for young children and adults in low-income communities. Most recently, Consuelo was the grant writer at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art where she raised $2 million for a diverse range of K-12, teacher, youth, family, and adult art education programs. A beneficiary of early academic outreach programs herself, Consuelo is thrilled to join Reading Partners to pay it forward to the next generation and advance its mission to empower children to succeed in life through reading.
