Eboni Boadi

Eboni is a relationship manager and fundraising strategist, focused on connecting community members to causes they care about, particularly those that empower the underserved. Prior to joining Reading Partners in 2016, Eboni worked as an individual giving manager and development manager at LIFT and LIFT-DC, respectively. Before this, she held various sales management positions where she focused on VIP client development, special events, and team selling. Early on in her career, she worked alongside the US Army, providing direct and immediate support to the families of our fallen soldiers. Eboni is a member of the Association for Fundraising Professionals and a graduate of George Mason University where she received her bachelor’s degree in government. She obtained her master’s in international law, passing her economics oral exam with distinction, from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
