Jade Jackson

Jade Jackson moved to DC from High Point, North Carolina, to work for Reading Partners as an AmeriCorps member in 2016. She has a background in sociology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Jade has had a life of service in education and volunteered with several organizations, including Peace Corps. During her time at Reading Partners, Jade has served two AmeriCorps terms and has been on the program team, finding joy in supervising AmeriCorps members through their service terms for three years. Jade is excited to be the program director to continue her life’s work alongside passionate AmeriCorps members, staff, and DC communities.
