Jessica Harper

Community Engagement Manager
Jess Harper joined Reading Partners Colorado in 2013 as Development Associate/External Relations Manager. Before joining the team, Jess worked as an AmeriCorps VISTA through a high profile turnaround initiative with Denver Public Schools to establish community wrap-around services for at-risk students and families. An Oregon native, she attended Western Oregon University where she studied Spanish, English and received her Master of Arts in Teaching. Jess enjoys running, hiking, and exploring the Colorado community.
