Katharyn Nicolle

After serving as an AmeriCorps site coordinator with Reading Partners DC for two years, Katie joins our team as our data and evaluation associate. Katie received her bachelor’s from Dickinson College where she studied international relations concentrating in national security. She also represented The Garden State as Miss New Jersey 2011 where she worked closely with children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Starting in 2008, she championed a project called Reading for the Right Reasons. The project’s goals were to build the personal libraries of students attending Title I schools in New Jersey and to get students excited about reading.
