Kendra Fujino

With an extensive background in leading literacy development and community engagement throughout the San Jose region, Kendra brings more than four years of both tutoring and education experience to Reading Partners. Her academic background in both journalism and education has fueled her passion for promoting quality learning opportunities for all, particularly in the fields of literacy and communication. Kendra’s leadership includes creating and directing outreach programs for middle school and high school students, with an emphasis on college planning and mentoring. In her spare time, Kendra enjoys reading, traveling, and watching sports.
