Nichole Gangitano

Nichole leads the program team at Reading Partners to ensure our program is aligned with the organization’s mission, values, and strategy. Nichole is responsible for ensuring regional teams have the curriculum, instructional resources, training, and systems they need for high quality program implementation. She also works to develop, evaluate, and refine pilot programs. Since joining Reading Partners in 2010, Nichole has supported multiple regional operations and national projects and strategic initiatives, including regional launches, regional management, organization-wide training, and executive oversight of the Reading Partners after-school initiative. Nichole has served previously as both the regional director and program manager for the Silicon Valley region. Prior to joining Reading Partners, Nichole worked directly in the early care and education field, primarily focusing on early literacy. She has an MPA in nonprofit administration and a bachelor’s in child and adolescent development, both from San Francisco State University.
