Sage Andone

Sage Andone has a passion for literacy that began during her service as an AmeriCorps member with Jumpstart at the University of Rhode Island. She continued her education at Georgia State University, where she received a Master’s in Elementary Education. During her 6 years teaching in Metro-Atlanta, Sage focused on school wide literacy initiatives and implementation of best practices for English Language Learners. She strongly believes that the ability to read transforms lives and empowers children and communities to reach their full potential. Sage is thrilled to be on the Reading Partners New York team where she can continue her commitment to helping children become lifelong readers.
