Telesa Walton

Telesa Walton has over ten years of experience in volunteer administration, thinking strategically and creatively about connecting community needs and business resources. She has had the opportunity to work with all levels of staff, volunteers, companies, government and nonprofit agencies fostering positive relationships and creating momentum around volunteerism. Prior to joining Reading Partners, she worked with the United Way in Dallas and Atlanta, Girl Scouts of Northwest Georgia, Jewish Family and Career Services, and Georgia State University. Telesa received her Master’s of Science in Urban Policy Studies with a specialization in nonprofit management from Georgia State University and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Social Work from Wilberforce University.
