Trinica Venters

Dr. Trinica R. Venters has 17 years of experience in education with the philosophy that education is about improving the lives of others and leaving your community and the world better than you previously found it. Trinica’s roles as an educator have been those of a teacher, literacy coach, district instructional coordinator, and assistant principal. Her educational experience includes Fort Worth ISD, Crowley ISD, and A+ Charter School. Trinica has earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education with a minor in early childhood from Langston University, a master’s of education in Leadership and Policy Studies with principal certification from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a doctorate in Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment Leadership from Walden University.
