Wendy Stewart Martinez

Prior to founding Angel Heart Consulting during the Pandemic, Wendy led several non-profit organizations, including Trips for Kids, Denver and Colorado Technology Association Foundation. She’s also held other nonprofit leadership positions, including the Denver Bike Sharing, Commun Denver, a nonprofit real estate development with a focus on equitable housing and Power of WE, female-identifying entrepreneurs. A first-generation college graduate, she has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kansas, certifications in project management and diversity, equity, and inclusion, and earned a commercial real estate license.
Wendy resides with her family and two rescued jack russell terriers in Salida, Colorado. She enjoys Colorado’s gala scene by assisting fundraising auctioneers with several large-scaled events including, Adaptive Sports, Tennyson Center for Children, Hope House, empowering teen moms. Wendy believes it’s not a hand out, but a hand up that changes lives.
